Terms

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — you will get an email and the order will show as confirmed on its tracking page. Prices include VAT at the current rate.

We may decline an order if a dish has sold out, if the kitchen cannot make your collection time, or if we cannot safely meet an allergy requirement. If we do, and you have already paid, you get a full refund.

You can cancel from your confirmation page while the order is still pending or confirmed. Once the kitchen has started cooking we cannot cancel it — please call us and we will do what we can. Prepared food is exempt from the usual 14-day distance-selling cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which is why this is time-limited rather than open-ended.

Bookings are free and take no deposit. We hold your table for 15 minutes. If you cannot make it, please cancel using the link in your confirmation email — it takes a second and it frees the table for someone else.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. If card payment is unavailable, orders are placed as pay-on-collection and settled at the counter. We do not store card details.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. They are earned on the amount you actually pay, after any discount. We may change the earning rate or the rewards, and will publish any change here first. We may close an account that is being abused.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
