Allergens & dietary information
Last updated 11 September 2026
Allergen guidance is derived from our published dish descriptions. Our kitchen handles gluten, milk, nuts and fish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces. Please tell us about allergies when you order and a member of the team will talk you through the options.
How to tell us
Every order and booking form has a box for allergies and dietary requirements. Use it — it prints with the order and shows on the booking in the restaurant’s own system, flagged, so the kitchen sees it before they start.
If it is serious, please also tell a member of the team when you arrive or call 01362 601090. A conversation is better than a text box.
What our badges mean
- V — vegetarian. VG — vegan. VG option — can be made vegan, usually with vegan mozzarella.
- GF — no gluten-containing ingredient in the recipe. It does not mean the dish is prepared in a gluten-free environment.
- Spicy — contains chilli, nduja or chorizo.
The allergen list on each dish is derived from that dish’s published ingredients and is maintained by the restaurant. It is guidance to start a conversation, not a guarantee.
Our kitchen
This is a small kitchen. Flour is in the air all evening, pasta and pizza share surfaces, and nuts, fish and dairy are all handled. We cannot promise that any dish is completely free from traces of anything. If your allergy is severe, please talk to us before you order so we can be honest with you about what we can and cannot do.
This page is written to be genuinely useful for a UK restaurant, but it is not legal advice. Have your solicitor review it before go-live.
